Challenge
CondGest ran on the best condominium software available, yet it left two core needs uncovered: planning preventive maintenance and managing suppliers.
Contribution
We built software to solve that specific problem. It now also takes on features we used in the mainstream system, such as requests with a number, an owner and a deadline. We plan to run fully on our own software in 2027.

Outcome
62 condominiums and 1,644 units under management, with preventive maintenance and suppliers handled in our own system. When off-the-shelf tools fall short, we build what is missing and grow it step by step.
